Other things I have tried is turning on file sharing and allowing citirx to control my computer under security and privacy under accessibility. I access the citrix desktop and nitro app in a web browser and have tried Chrome and Safari, but have the same issue in both. ![]() I also have a pdf editor (Nitro) available as one of the citrix app and when I run that it opens fine in the viewer. I have contacted my companies tech support and they reset my citrix user profile on their end which didn't fix the problem. Since then I updated to the latest version of Catalina 10.15.7 and Citrix Workspace 20.9.0.17 (2009), prior versions were 10.15.6, (2008). I have not updated anything prior to this happening and it worked fine yesterday. Currently running a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) and today when login and loading citrix workspace/viewer it crashes once it gets to the "preparing windows" screen with the windows desktop picture in the background of the citrix viewer. ![]()
